1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

WayVeg is dedicated to providing a safe environment for our community. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that exploits, endangers, or facilitates harm to children. This policy applies to all users, regardless of whether the app is intended for adults or a broader audience.

2. Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, distribution, or solicitation of:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
  • Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Any behavior that sexually exploits or endangers children, including:
    • Grooming: Befriending a child to facilitate sexual contact or the exchange of sexual imagery.
    • Sextortion: Threatening to release sexual images of a child to extort money or further sexual acts.
    • Sexualization of Minors: Content that portrays children in a sexually suggestive manner.

3. In-App Reporting Mechanism

We provide a dedicated, easy-to-use reporting mechanism within the app. Users can report suspicious profiles, messages, or media by:

  • Profile Reporting: Clicking the "Report" button on any user profile by first tapping the ellipsis icon.
  • Message Reporting: Tap the ellipsis icon and then click the "Report" button for reporting messages.

All reports regarding child safety are prioritized for immediate review.

4. Handling of Prohibited Content (CSAM)

Upon obtaining "actual knowledge" or a credible report of CSAM, WayVeg will:

  • Immediate Removal: Promptly remove or disable access to the illegal content.
  • Account Termination: Permanently ban the offending user from our platform.
  • Legal Reporting: Comply with federal and international laws by reporting the incident and content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant local law enforcement authorities.

5. Child Safety Point of Contact

We have designated a specific representative to handle child safety inquiries and coordinate with Google Play.
